Public Health Product Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the US public health domain authority, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager-Public Health will set product direction, provide subject matter expertise, and drive innovation in case management, disease surveillance, and referral management across county and state levels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the public health domain point of view and product direction at both county and state levels
• Define the innovation agenda focused on agentic workflows and predictive analytics to enhance public health operations
• Run discovery sessions with county and state agencies to shape the product roadmap for engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or leadership with deep public sector health experience
• Strong understanding of the US public health landscape, including case management and closed-loop referral systems
• Fluency with healthcare consent, privacy regimes, and interoperability frameworks like FHIR and TEFCA
• Ability to define and communicate a predictive analytics roadmap to agency buyers
• US-based with experience working across county and state client relationships
