Job Summary
To support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a remote Public Health Programmer Analyst will develop and validate SAS programs, conduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis using R, and collaborate with federal partners to ensure data quality and dissemination.
Key responsibilities
- Develop SAS programs for validating surveillance, clinical, or research study data
- Conduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis and interpret results using R
- Support dissemination and reporting of data to internal and external partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, or a related field
- 2 years of experience working with R or SAS
- Strong, demonstrated experience with SAS
- Familiarity with R coding
- Must be able to obtain a NAC clearance
