Job Summary
Supporting the execution of small projects and components of larger initiatives, the on-call Public Health Project Manager will coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and maintain documentation for federal contracts, ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day project functions adhere to established guidelines and quality standards
- Contribute to project work plans and timelines, prioritizing tasks in coordination with the project director
- Monitor project budgets and assist in preparing budget expense reports and performance tracking systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in human services or public health
- Experience supporting projects or programs with HHS, ACF, or OHS
- Basic understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and project management platforms
