Job Summary

Supporting the execution of small projects and components of larger initiatives, the on-call Public Health Project Manager will coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and maintain documentation for federal contracts, ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure day-to-day project functions adhere to established guidelines and quality standards
  • Contribute to project work plans and timelines, prioritizing tasks in coordination with the project director
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in preparing budget expense reports and performance tracking systems
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in human services or public health
  • Experience supporting projects or programs with HHS, ACF, or OHS
  • Basic understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and project management platforms
