Public Key Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To modernize and scale enterprise certificate management through automation, the full-time Public Key Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and maintain automated PKI solutions using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure as Code practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Automate certificate deployment, renewal, validation, and compliance tasks while integrating PKI processes with various platforms
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows to enhance PKI operations
• Support enterprise PKI environments, focusing on certificate lifecycle management and security controls

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a PKI Automation Engineer with a strong focus on automation and enterprise PKI concepts
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and tool development
• Experience with Microsoft ADCS administration and automation of Active Directory Certificate Services
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Ansible, Jenkins, or similar tools
