Public Policy Manager

Job Summary

To support Cleo's evolving policy strategy, the full-time remote Public Policy Manager will track and analyze state legislative and regulatory developments, shape advocacy plans, and manage relationships with external stakeholders in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and synthesize state legislative and regulatory developments relevant to Cleo's business
• Help shape and execute advocacy and engagement plans on priority state policy issues
• Manage relationships with external lobbyists, consultants, and other advisors to ensure alignment with Cleo's priorities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of state legislative and regulatory processes and effective engagement strategies
• Experience in tracking and analyzing policy developments and providing actionable guidance
• Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams independently and exercise sound judgment
• Experience working with external lobbyists, trade associations, or policy consultants
