Public Policy Manager

Job Summary

Engaging with UK policymakers and stakeholders, the full-time remote Public Policy Manager will advocate for public policy positions that align with Mozilla's mission, focusing on issues such as privacy, competition, and AI while leading policy campaign development and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for policy frameworks that support the open web and Mozilla's product initiatives by engaging with UK policymakers and regulators
• Develop and execute public policy campaigns to enhance Mozilla's profile in the UK and influence policy discussions impacting products and the open web
• Represent Mozilla in external forums and communicate policy insights effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 5 years in technology policy
• Demonstrated experience in the UK policy environment, with familiarity in EU policy processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion
• Strong policy writing, research, and analysis skills
• Experience in competition and privacy policy preferred
