Job Summary
Working remotely on a night shift basis, the full-time Public Records Associate will conduct detailed research and verification of public records using US court websites and official databases, ensuring high-quality background screening reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on local, state, and federal US court portals to retrieve case records
- Review and analyze court dockets to extract relevant legal information
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems while maintaining compliance with background verification guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed
- Prior experience in US Public Records / Background Verification is mandatory
- No employment gaps exceeding 5-6 months
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Strong understanding of US legal terminology and court documentation
