Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Records Specialist to research public records and manage sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform public record searches via select databases and county court sites
  • Sort public records to determine which can be reported to clients
  • Meet team productivity and accuracy standards while following established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 1+ years of prior experience in an office setting
  • Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers and perform extensive internet research
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to gain knowledge of the criminal justice system as it relates to the information obtained
