Job Summary
A company is looking for a Public Records Specialist to research public records and manage sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform public record searches via select databases and county court sites
- Sort public records to determine which can be reported to clients
- Meet team productivity and accuracy standards while following established policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1+ years of prior experience in an office setting
- Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers and perform extensive internet research
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to gain knowledge of the criminal justice system as it relates to the information obtained
