Public Relations Director

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Associate Director will manage senior-level account planning and supervision across key clients in the financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech sectors while leading media programs and providing strategic counsel.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of media programs for 4-6 designated clients, serving as the primary client contact
• Develop and implement media relations strategies, setting short- and long-term goals for client visibility across various media platforms
• Mentor staff, oversee daily media pitching, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and media results

Required qualifications:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in public relations within B2B fintech, financial services, proptech, or insurtech
• Extensive client service experience with established relationships in higher-level media
• Strong intellectual curiosity about business growth and the role of communications
• Enthusiasm for the fintech and financial services industries
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
