Public Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To amplify Orca's story across media and the cybersecurity community, the full-time remote Public Relations Specialist will manage PR agency relationships, support media relations, and drive thought leadership programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for PR agencies, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Support media relations by drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and managing rapid-response opportunities
• Drive thought leadership initiatives, including managing bylines, awards submissions, and speaking opportunities for executives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of PR experience in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud sectors
• Experience managing PR programs across US and European markets
• Proven ability to manage PR agency relationships and ensure accountability
• Excellent writing and editing skills for diverse global audiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent programs
