Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Safety QA Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design automated QA frameworks for evaluating call handling and operational workflows in emergency communications centers
• Serve as an advisor to public safety leaders on implementing modern QA programs and transitioning to AI-assisted quality monitoring
• Guide the rollout of AI-powered QA systems and develop training for staff to ensure effective adoption of new tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in emergency communications centers or quality assurance programs
• Familiarity with 911 call handling workflows and operational policies
• Experience in consulting, solutions architecture, or operational systems design
• Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with both technical teams and operational stakeholders
