Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME (Public Safety/RMS SME).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business process analysis for public safety departments focusing on law enforcement operations and compliance
  • Analyze current-state RMS functionality and create actionable technical documentation based on authority-based requirements
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop system requirements, test scenarios, and implementation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or SME supporting law enforcement or public safety IT systems
  • Deep knowledge of law enforcement Records Management Systems (RMS) and best practices
  • Strong understanding of authority language and police administrative processes
  • Experience with government agencies or large-scale RMS/CAD implementations is highly preferred
