Job Summary
Public Sector Account Executive is a full-time position responsible for managing customer relationships within state and local government sectors, driving account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while developing new ones
- Lead account planning and coordinate with support and cross-functional teams
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to improve customer experience and product direction
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software sales experience
- 5+ years of experience selling to the state and local government market
- Strong relationships with government agencies and educational institutions
- Deep knowledge of government contracts and procurement processes
- Experience in customer-first SaaS organizations
