Job Summary

As a full-time Public Sector Account Executive focused on Higher Education, the successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with strategic public sector customers, drive cloud migration initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to nurture existing relationships and establish new ones
  • Serve as the primary account lead, guiding support and cross-functional teams in customer engagements
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal executives to influence product direction and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of software sales experience in the Higher Education sector with a focus on strategic account management
  • Established relationships with universities, solutions partners, and resellers
  • Strong understanding of contracts and procurement processes
  • Experience in customer-first SaaS organizations with a consultative sales approach
  • Proficiency in CRM, pipeline management, and analytic tools
