Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Sector Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and services contracts with public sector customers
• Negotiate contracts with US federal, state, local, and educational customers
• Support cloud services and public sector accreditation matters, including FedRAMP and CJIS

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technology transactions and/or product counseling
• Strong knowledge of negotiating technology or services contracts with public sector customers
• Experience working with public sector customers, including federal, state, local, and educational entities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
