Public Sector Bid Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for public sector and enterprise opportunities, the full-time Public Sector Bid Manager will manage proposal strategy, compliance, and development while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compelling and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for assigned proposal opportunities
- Analyze RFI, RFQ, RFP, and other solicitation documents to identify requirements and compliance obligations
- Partner with various stakeholders to develop compliant and compelling proposal responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 to 5+ years of proposal, bid, capture, or project management experience
- Experience managing complex RFx responses, including public sector procurements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with proposal management tools
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits under aggressive deadlines
