Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify relevant government agencies and stakeholders
  • Conduct cold outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and coordinate meetings with the Partnerships team


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development or inside sales, ideally in B2G or mission-aligned roles
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience working with state or local government agencies is a plus
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a bonus
