Public Sector Capture Proposal Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Sector Contract Vehicle Capture & Proposal Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by managing the full lifecycle of Public Sector contract vehicle acquisition and utilization
• Lead capture strategy and proposal management, ensuring compliance and timely submission
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective contract execution

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business development and proposal management within the IT Public Sector
• Demonstrated success in managing SLED-focused contract vehicles and utilizing Federal GWACs/GSA Schedules
• Strong understanding of co-operative purchasing and state/local procurement regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or Public Policy field
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
