Serving as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of public-sector clients, the full-time Public Sector Client Success Manager will drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes while navigating the complexities of government organizations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of public-sector customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction
- Lead business reviews focused on customer engagement, outcomes, and long-term value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a related customer-facing role
