Public Sector Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing Public Sector advisory engagements, the full-time salaried Public Sector Compliance Manager will lead and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support advisory engagements across the full project lifecycle, maintaining clear communication with client stakeholders
• Execute compliance assessments aligned with recognized frameworks and develop IT security documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology, information security, or technical assessments
• Substantial knowledge of security control requirements such as NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC
• Experience with compliance framework assessments in moderate to large hyperscale cloud environments
• At least one advanced certification in cybersecurity or cloud, such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
