Public Sector Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration
• Ensure compliance with government and company requirements and advise on contractual terms
• Collaborate with legal and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• At least 6 years of prior Public Sector contracts experience
• Experience in Federal and SLED contracting, with knowledge of FAR and GSA regulations
• NCMA professional certification (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) is highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and competing priorities
