Public Sector Counsel Member

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel to work with their public sector team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and administer federal contracts to ensure compliance with government regulations
• Provide legal advice and support on bid proposals, sales, and services to U.S. government entities
• Support corporate governance, ethics, and compliance efforts

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and member of a state bar in good standing
• Experience with federal government contracts laws and regulations
• Familiarity with public sector legal and compliance issues
• Experience working in a cleared or FOCI-mitigated government contractor preferred
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and communication skills
