Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pub Sec Customer Success Manager III-2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform
  • Compose joint success plans with customers and orchestrate executive business reviews
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations is preferred
