Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform
- Compose joint success plans with customers and orchestrate executive business reviews
- Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations is preferred
