Public Sector Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor for regulatory agencies, the full-time remote Public Sector Deployment Strategist will drive adoption, onboarding, and retention of TRM's blockchain intelligence platform while developing strategic relationships and scalable solutions for government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new regulator customers and tailor training to maximize the effectiveness of TRM's tools within their workflows
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with economic buyers at regulatory agencies and connect them to TRM leadership
• Develop self-serve resources and identify recurring use cases to deliver scalable solutions across multiple customers

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience working with government regulatory agencies or in customer success, deployment, consulting, or account management roles focused on government clients
• Practical experience with or strong interest in blockchain analysis and compliance tools
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in building and deploying workflow-driven AI solutions
• US Citizenship required
