Job Summary
A company is looking for a Public Sector Document Management Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded public-sector HR Service Delivery and HR Operations SME throughout product discovery, design, and build phases
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure the tool reflects real-world public-sector HR Document Management workflows
- Act as the product's primary Sales Engineer, supporting demos and customer implementations with operational expertise
Required Qualifications
- 7-15+ years in public-sector HR Service Delivery or HR Operations
- Direct experience managing HR document intake, classification, and maintenance
- Familiarity with compliance, retention, and audit-readiness practices
- Experience with document management platforms and workflow tools used by public agencies
- Prior experience training HR staff on documentation standards and systems is preferred
