Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Sector Document Management Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the embedded public-sector HR Service Delivery and HR Operations SME throughout product discovery, design, and build phases
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure the tool reflects real-world public-sector HR Document Management workflows
  • Act as the product's primary Sales Engineer, supporting demos and customer implementations with operational expertise
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15+ years in public-sector HR Service Delivery or HR Operations
  • Direct experience managing HR document intake, classification, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with compliance, retention, and audit-readiness practices
  • Experience with document management platforms and workflow tools used by public agencies
  • Prior experience training HR staff on documentation standards and systems is preferred
