Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Sector HR Case Management & Employee Relations Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the embedded public-sector HR Service Delivery and HR Operations SME throughout product discovery, design, and build phases
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure the tool reflects real-world public-sector workflows
  • Act as the product's primary Sales Engineer, supporting demos and early customer implementations
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15+ years in public-sector HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, or Employee Relations
  • Experience managing high-volume HR cases and complex employee relations matters
  • Familiarity with systems used by public agencies for HR case management
  • Direct responsibility for HR case intake, routing, and resolution
  • Experience with employee relations investigations and documentation
