Job Summary

Partnering closely with a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive, the full-time remote Public Sector Inside Sales Representative will qualify leads, nurture relationships, and execute strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue within federal, state, and local government accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound and SDR-generated leads to assess fit and buying readiness while maintaining a healthy pipeline for assigned Enterprise Account Executives
  • Develop engagement strategies to nurture prospects and coordinate follow-up activities with key stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to create and execute account plans, conducting research to identify key decision-makers and organizational priorities
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in public sector sales, business development, inside sales, or lead qualification
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team-selling environment
