Public Sector Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Public Sector Field Operations Analyst to support its U.S. Public Sector business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Public Sector business cadence by partnering with Sales leadership for forecasting and performance tracking
• Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across compliance-driven deals
• Analyze pipeline and bookings to identify risks and growth opportunities in Public Sector segments

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations, preferably in the Public Sector
• Understanding of Federal and/or SLED sales motions and long sales cycles
• Strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market processes
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Ability to interpret and apply go-to-market policies and sales processes
