Public Sector Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Public Sector WFM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Workforce Management (WFM) Public Sector initiatives
• Serve as the voice of the user in discussions with design, tech, and business partners
• Maintain a comprehensive backlog and prioritize execution using a data-driven approach

Required Qualifications

• Public sector experience, including knowledge of union environments and collective bargaining agreements
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Prior experience as a Product Manager working with developer teams
• Knowledge of Workforce Management technology, specifically Position Management and Position Classification
• Protected B clearance preferred
