Public Sector Proposal Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Federal and State, Local, and Education (SLED) business, the full-time remote Public Sector Proposal Manager will manage the full proposal lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, leading proposal execution, and coordinating inputs from various teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor procurement sources and research potential opportunities, preparing briefings for leadership
• Lead proposal execution by building schedules, compliance matrices, and submission plans, while coordinating inputs from internal teams
• Manage proposal review cycles, incorporating feedback and preparing final submission packages

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, capture, or government-contracting pursuits
• Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes and/or SLED procurement
• Experience with procurement and CRM tools such as SAM.gov, GovWin, or GSA eBuy
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for managing proposal content
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
