Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Public Sector Renewal Account Executive will manage the renewal process for government accounts, drive new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support public sector sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full renewal process, including discovery calls, demos, proposals, and building strong relationships with government stakeholders
- Track and manage a robust renewal pipeline in Salesforce while executing territory plans using tools like SalesLoft and GovWin
- Support the Public Sector team in strategy and outreach to drive activity and opportunities within key public sector accounts
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and closing business in public sector sales
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including contract vehicles and solicitation tracking
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to translate information security and risk intelligence concepts into relevant outcomes for government buyers
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
