Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships
• Collaborate with Sales teams to maintain accurate renewal forecasts and implement solutions to achieve key business metrics
• Engage customers regarding renewal readiness and monitor customer health metrics to identify and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success
• Familiarity with public sector renewals and government contracting requirements
• Experience with both On Prem and SaaS account management
• Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes
• Strong team player with a proven track record of building positive relationships
