Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Public Sector Sales, Cyber Security & Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and coach a team of Account Executives focused on the SLED segment
• Own the annual SLED go-to-market plan and align it with company strategy
• Support sales reps in closing complex deals and drive sales process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development with a focus on public sector (SLED preferred)
• 2+ years managing high-performing sales teams
• Track record of quota attainment and team goal achievement
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or data privacy is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Information Security, or related field
