Job Summary
Leading the strategy and growth of the public sector business, the full-time salaried Regional Vice President of Sales will develop high-performing sales teams, drive market expansion, and build executive relationships with government and labor organizations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategy, growth, and business outcomes for the Public Sector segment
- Lead and develop high-level sales professionals responsible for national public sector sales
- Shape sales strategy and market expansion in partnership with executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in public sector sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and quota attainment
- Experience selling complex healthcare or enterprise solutions
- Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
