Public Sector Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support the growth of its government and public sector legal practice, the full-time remote Public Sector Senior Counsel will advise cross-functional teams on public sector governance requirements, develop legal templates and training, and partner with go-to-market teams to facilitate procurement processes for Intelligent Agreement Management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise product, engineering, and security teams on public sector and AI governance requirements
• Build the legal practice by developing templates, positions, and training for routine public sector work
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on public sector opportunities, providing guidance on procurement and strategy

Required qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience
• Experience negotiating complex agreements with government customers and prime contractors
• Knowledge of government procurement regimes, including FAR and DFARS
