Public Sector Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions
• Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how the platform meets strategic customer needs
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units to create best practices and educational content

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in application development, with 2 years on the ServiceNow platform preferred
• Strong knowledge of AWS & Azure Gov Cloud architectures
• Understanding of customer technical pain points in adopting cloud technologies
• Experience with integration technologies, including REST APIs and middleware
• Technical background in data engineering and familiarity with data ingestion tools and analytics platforms
