Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Architect, the full-time remote role will drive public sector growth by leading complex buying committees, shaping enterprise transformation programs, and aligning platform, services, learning, and workforce outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage complex buying committees in the public sector to build executive-level business cases and manage client relationships
• Influence and shape end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and platform capabilities
• Act as a market SME on HR tech ecosystems, identifying data considerations that influence skills visibility and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution consulting or transformation-focused roles with complex buying committees
• Robust experience selling into the US Federal Government and understanding of government processes
• Strong background in HR tech, skills intelligence, and organizational transformation
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles related to enterprise learning solutions
• Proven track record of successful consulting engagements with executive-level stakeholders
