Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Architect for a full-time remote position, who will provide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations across various State & Local government initiatives, focusing on enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations
- Lead architecture for Salesforce PSS, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and related solutions
- Define enterprise architecture, application architecture, integration architecture, and security models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with 5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Expertise with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, and LWC
- Strong API architecture experience including REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft
