Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Requirements Analyst and Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, drafting, and finalization of epics, user stories, and technical requirements for a multi-year software development project
• Perform human-in-the-loop testing of new AI-enabled software features related to intelligence document processing and semantic/reverse image search
• Document user stories and maintain traceability to functional and non-functional requirements

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum four (4) years of experience gathering business needs and translating them into IT system requirements
• Minimum four (4) years of experience translating business requirements into end-user test cases
• Experience managing IT requirements in development tools such as Jira and Confluence
