Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of complex case management solutions, the full-time remote Public Trust Appian Lead Developer will drive development initiatives, integrate AI capabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards in a federal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Appian
• Lead small-to-medium development teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance business processes and workflow automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience with Appian 17.x or later
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role
• Proficient in SQL/Relational Databases and AWS cloud services
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
