Public Trust Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the contract team, the full-time Public Trust Business Analyst will update and maintain technical diagrams and system documentation while collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure accurate representation of IT/OT systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rebaseline outdated artifacts and maintain the accuracy of IT/OT repository documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system architecture details and operational characteristics
• Participate in incident management activities, facilitating root cause analysis and recommending improvements

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust or DHS suitability preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting IT systems
• Experience documenting IT systems and technical artifacts
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis concepts
