Job Summary
Supporting testing operations, the full-time CAL Test Engineer will execute integration and system testing for network, server, and hardware changes within the Client Access Lab (CAL), coordinating onsite lab activities and documenting test results while working in a hybrid environment that requires onsite presence in Tyson's Corner, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and performance testing of enterprise IT/OT infrastructure components
- Conduct integration testing across infrastructure layers to validate interoperability and compliance with change requests
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and reports, ensuring clear documentation of test results and defect tracking
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; active Public Trust and/or DHS Suitability preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure testing or systems support experience in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience testing infrastructure components such as servers, network devices, and security devices
- Familiarity with performance and monitoring concepts for network and server infrastructure
