Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Public Trust Certified ITOM Architect, the consultant will leverage over 10 years of ServiceNow experience to engage in configuration, architecture, custom development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while working 15 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM and CMDB
- Conduct workshops, documentation, and demos to support client needs
- Provide integration and support services for ServiceNow architecture
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow
- At least 5 years of experience in an architectural role
- ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CIS (ITOM, ITSM) are mandatory
- Public Trust clearance or USFedPass required for access to GCC instances
