Public Trust Certified ServiceNow Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a remote, full-time contract Senior ServiceNow ITSM Architect with Public Trust clearance, who will be responsible for the configuration, architecture, and custom development of ServiceNow solutions while working approximately 15 hours per week for a contract that may extend beyond 4 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Involve in the configuration, architecture, and custom development of ServiceNow solutions
- Conduct workshops, documentation, and demonstrations related to ServiceNow implementation
- Provide integration and support for ITSM processes including incident, request, change, and problem management
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural role
- ServiceNow certified with CSA and CIS certifications in ITSM
- Public Trust clearance or USFedPass required
- Strong development skills within the ServiceNow platform
