Job Summary
Leading incident management operations, the full-time Public Trust CIC Manager will oversee end-to-end incident response, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate incident records in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incident detection, escalation, coordination, and resolution across enterprise systems
- Direct incident bridge calls and facilitate communication among technical teams and stakeholders during critical incidents
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to drive improvements in incident management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or systems analysis roles
- Demonstrated leadership in managing enterprise incident management operations
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow
- Experience coordinating real-time incident responses in high-severity environments
