Job Summary
Serving as the single accountable lead for enterprise configuration, change, and release management services, the full-time Public Trust Configuration Change Manager will manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT changes, ensuring alignment with best practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT/OT changes, including intake, tracking, review, approval, and execution oversight
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as the authoritative source of record for configuration items
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage change windows, planned releases, and outage communications, minimizing operational disruption
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; an active Public Trust and/or DHS suitability is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in configuration, change, and release management processes in enterprise IT environments
- Proven experience managing and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8-12 years of experience in IT service management, configuration management, or change/release management roles
