Job Summary
Providing strategic technical leadership, the full-time Public Trust Cyber Technical Architect will serve as a senior cybersecurity advisor to NIH leadership, focusing on the design and implementation of secure hybrid cloud and enterprise security architectures in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and modernization of NIH enterprise cybersecurity architecture while mentoring technical staff
- Conduct enterprise architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for cybersecurity modernization initiatives
- Develop secure architectural solutions and establish enterprise cybersecurity standards and technical roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressively responsible cybersecurity engineering and architecture experience
- Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity programs and implementing NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Active certifications such as CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, or TOGAF
