Job Summary
A company is looking for a GenAI Contact Center Engineer to design, secure, and automate an AWS contact center platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AWS Connect services, ensuring smooth deployment and operation
- Optimize agent and customer experience through analytics and continuous improvements
- Develop AI capabilities and internal tools for troubleshooting and operational dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact centers
- Experience troubleshooting audio quality and network diagnostics
- Aptitude in programming, including Lambda functions and AI development
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage day-to-day priorities effectively
