Job Summary

A company is looking for a GenAI Contact Center Engineer to design, secure, and automate an AWS contact center platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage AWS Connect services, ensuring effective deployment and operation
• Optimize the agent and customer experience through continuous improvement of contact flows and analytics
• Develop AI capabilities and internal proficiency using cloud tools and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Connect contact centers and related documentation
• Experience troubleshooting WebRTC voice and network diagnostics
• Aptitude in programming with Lambda functions and cloud-based APIs
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage day-to-day priorities effectively
