Job Summary

A company is looking for a GenAI Contact Center Engineer to design, secure, and automate an AWS contact center platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain AWS Connect services, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting network issues
  • Enhance agent and customer experience by optimizing contact flows and managing quality metrics
  • Develop AI capabilities and internal tools using Python and AWS services for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact centers, including documentation and governance
  • Experience troubleshooting audio quality and network diagnostics related to WebRTC voice
  • Aptitude in programming, specifically with Lambda functions and cloud-based APIs
  • Ability to work dynamically with various teams and manage day-to-day priorities independently
